Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, CNA, EMT, or in a similar clinical or care coordination setting
- Comfort with Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, and EHR systems
- BLS certification
- Driver's license for in-home visits
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work from Daymark's office in Providence, Rhode Island 5 days a week
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
