Job Summary
Assist provider with primary care duties, patient care including exams, procedures, blood draws, injections, and patient education, while maintaining efficient patient flow. Prepare patients for appointments, collect and record necessary data regarding health, weight, medications, and allergies. Perform miscellaneous clinic support tasks such as filing, answering phones, and maintaining the provider schedule. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This safety-sensitive position requires a valid Arizona driver's license, completion of an accredited Medical Assistant certification program, and passing a pre-employment drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Written and verifiable proof of completion of an accredited Medical Assistant certification program
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must possess a valid AZ driver's license with a 'clean' or 'acceptable' driving record
- Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

- Must be 21 years of age
