Job Summary
Conduct clinical and administrative support for an ENT practice by rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting with examinations and minor procedures. Clean and sterilize medical instruments while maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system. Coordinate referrals, verify insurance coverage, and process prescription refill requests while ensuring HIPAA compliance and managing medical records. Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally. This role requires a high school diploma, with Medical Assistant certification preferred, and involves working in a fast-paced environment with physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds. Required Qualifications
