Job Summary
Medical Assistant/CMA/LPN for CHC Primary Care in Klamath Falls, OR on-site. Process and prepare patients for assessment, assist the medical clinician with procedures, sort and review patient reports, maintain instruments and exam areas, send prescriptions under clinician direction, accurately administer injections/immunizations/medications, provide telephone counseling, schedule procedures, and document care comprehensively. Requires certification through CMA/AMT/NHA/NCCT within 15 months of employment and CPR certification by end of month from hire; at least 1 year of MA experience and 3 months of certification preparation time. Demonstrates a warm, caring environment and ability to communicate effectively; must maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a multispecialty setting.
