Process patients for examination by obtaining vital signs and history, document encounters in the EMR, and assist with injections, oral medications, and limited treatments under provider supervision. Prepare appointment information including labs, reports, and referrals while completing office forms. Maintain electronic medical records, scan documents, and ensure treatment areas and nurse stations remain clean and stocked. Answer phone calls, transfer inquiries, and verify prescription messages to schedule appointments. Adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and complete assignments on a timely basis.
