Job Summary
Room patients, collect patient information, prepare individuals for examination, and assist with the overall delivery of patient care. Multitask and work collaboratively within a fast-paced outpatient medical setting. Maintain a positive attitude while supporting the Family Medicine team at 87th. Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential
- Ability to obtain Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential within 6 months of hire
- Certification from a national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc.) as required for MA-Certified credential
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification
- Reliable and predictable attendance
- Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in an outpatient medical setting
