Job Summary
Room patients, collect information, prepare individuals for examination, and assist with overall patient care delivery. Multitask and collaborate within a fast-paced outpatient environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Requires current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential, BLS CPR certification, and reliable attendance. Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Assistant-Certified
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential
- Ability to obtain Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential within 6 months of hire
- Certification from national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc) as required for MA-Certified credential
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification
- Reliable and predictable attendance
- Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in an outpatient medical setting
