Job Summary
Medical Assistant – Certified (MA-C) at Sea Mar Community Health Centers supports providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care. Key duties include rooming patients, obtaining histories and vital signs, tracking and documenting clinical quality measures in the EHR, assisting with exams and procedures, administering medications and immunizations per protocol, coordinating labs and referrals, and delivering excellent customer service using the AIDET model. Strong preference for bilingual English/Spanish. Travel to other clinic locations may be required. Education: graduate of an approved MA program with MA-C licensure (or MA-Interim with certification within 90 days); BLS/CPR required.
