Medical Assistant Certified

On-call Medical Assistant at East Vancouver Medical Clinic with Sea Mar Community Health Centers. Responsibilities include thorough EHR reviews, tracking and documenting clinical measures, supporting care coordination, and seeing 18–21 patients per day with an assigned provider. The MA coordinates internal and external referrals, prepares exam rooms, administers IM/SubQ/intradermal injections and medications as ordered, maintains documentation per Sea Mar protocol, supports the Care Team with Huddles, ensures patient information and lab/imaging reports are reviewed, and adheres to HIPAA and quality measures. Must have Washington State Medical Assistant Certificate and BLS CPR; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork within a Patient-Centered Medical Home model and requires providing care across age groups with attention to growth, development, and clinical guidelines. Schedule requires punctuality by 8am, with targets to complete quality care gaps and support 21 patient visits per day for MDs and 18 for ARNP/PA.
