Medical Assistant Certified

Under the clinic supervisor's direction, receive patients, prepare them for provider visits, and assist with care delivery while maintaining an even patient flow. Prepare exam rooms, room patients, and gather vitals per provider preferences. Document patient care information in the electronic health record accurately and perform basic treatments and medication administration safely. Schedule follow-up appointments, answer patient questions regarding services, and provide discharge instructions. Maintain supplies and equipment, communicate clearly with the team, and complete training modules to uphold professional standards. Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within six weeks is required, with a salary range of $19.00 to $28.00/hr plus shift differentials.
