Job Summary
Document patient symptoms in EMR, take and record vital signs, administer injections, perform diagnostic tests, collect specimens, and draw blood. Sterilize equipment and maintain examination rooms while handling computations and other administrative assignments. Report to the Center Administrator and manage varied activities including moderately complex operational tasks. This patient-facing role supports Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program in Kendall, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent customer service and multiphone line skills
- Team player
- Ability to multitask
- Detailed and organized
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a customer service background in retail, hospitality, legal, insurance or call centers
- Value-based care model experience
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
