Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant at CenterWell Senior Primary Care – Bossier City clinic. Directly report to the Center Administrator and provide clinical support including taking patient histories, recording vital signs, administering medications and vaccines, performing phlebotomy and specimen collection, preparing and maintaining sterile examination rooms, and documenting patient information in the EMR. Requires MA school/training and CMA/RMA certification with 3+ years of experience or provider approval; CPR certification; TB screening required. Preferred phlebotomy experience and familiarity with value-based care concepts (HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, CAHPS/HOS). Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged; onsite, full-time schedule (40 hours/week).
