Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant position in an onsite outpatient clinic reporting to the Center Administrator. Perform clinical duties including discussing symptoms and obtaining vital signs, medication/vaccine administration, phlebotomy and specimen collection, sterilizing/cleaning equipment and maintaining examination rooms, and documenting information into the electronic medical records system. Role is patient facing and participates in TB screening. Requires MA school/training completion and CMA/CMA with 5+ years experience (with provider approval), high school diploma or equivalent, and CPR certification. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred. 40 hours per week in Augusta, GA area within CenterWell Senior Primary Care.
