Job Summary
Medical Assistant role providing both administrative and clinical support. First contact for patient care, responsibilities include documenting patient symptoms in EMR, taking and recording vital signs, administering injections, performing diagnostic tests, collecting specimens/drawing blood, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining examination rooms. Requires MA training or certification, CPR, and experience with phlebotomy, medication/vaccine administration, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Work located at CenterWell Winter Garden; local travel may be required. 40 hours/week, on-site with HireVue interview process and language proficiency testing. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of MA school/training program OR Certified/Registered Medical Assistant
- CPR Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy experience
- Medication/vaccine administration experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (must pass proficiency exam)
