Medical Assistant

On-site outpatient Medical Assistant role supporting CenterWell Senior Primary Care. Responsibilities include discussing symptoms and obtaining vital signs, administering medications and vaccines, performing phlebotomy and specimen collection, sterilizing and maintaining examination rooms, and documenting patient information in the electronic medical records system. Must be a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (or equivalent with provider approval) and be patient-facing with TB screening participation; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Strong emphasis on value-based care concepts (HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, CAHPS/HOS) and experience in phlebotomy and medication administration are desirable.
