Job Summary
Serve as an integral member of the care team by performing a variety of clinical and administrative duties for medical office outpatients under supervision. Responsibilities include assisting healthcare providers in patient care and utilizing a team-based approach. Candidates must have a high school diploma, BCLS certification, and at least one year of healthcare experience with EHR systems, or be enrolled in medical-related classes.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- BCLS certification from the American Heart Association required within three months of employment date
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting performing clinical responsibilities using an electronic health record system (EHR)
- If no experience, must be enrolled in classes related to the medical field
