Job Summary
Conduct clinical duties including patient interviews, vital sign measurements, vaccine administration, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing while maintaining infection control standards. Support providers by documenting encounters in eCW, managing lab requisitions, scheduling appointments, and coordinating referrals to specialists. Perform administrative tasks such as printing visit summaries, reconciling medications, and assisting with HEDIS care gap closure efforts. Collaborate with front desk teams to ensure smooth clinic flow and serve as a compassionate advocate for patients navigating care. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, proficiency with EMR systems, and ability to travel 0-25% to assigned clinics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or Medical Assistant certification
- Active and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to travel to clinical sites as needed
- 0-25% travel requirement
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (preferably eCW)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Power BI and Oracle (expense management)
- TripMaster or similar transportation scheduling software
- RingCentral communication platform
- Workday (HR/time management platform)

- Gait training/ADA training
