Medical Assistant

Conduct high-quality clinical and administrative support for the HEP-C Program, including client interviews, vital sign collection, EKGs, and specimen processing. Engage clients with compassion while maintaining accurate electronic health record documentation and infection control standards. Coordinate care navigation by scheduling appointments, managing lab referrals, and communicating with pharmacies and insurance providers. Maintain clinical supply inventories and prepare lab areas for daily operations. When needed, assist the Opioid Treatment Program with urine drug screen monitoring, specimen processing, and client follow-ups. This role requires travel between Wilmington and Newark locations and includes CPR certification.
