Job Summary
Bilingual Medical Assistant position in PedIM Healthcare at a Citrus County private practice. Responsibilities include patient intake and triage, ensuring smooth flow of patients to providers, supporting medical staff, maintaining clean exam rooms and supply stock, and performing routine procedures under established protocols (EKG, ear lavage, sterile dressing changes, nebulizer treatment, suture removal, immunizations, therapeutic injections). Candidates should communicate in English and Spanish, deliver excellent customer service, and have Medical Assistant training and certification. Office-based role with caregiving duties across pediatrics, internal medicine, weight-loss and sleep medicine services; benefits include health coverage, HSA, 401(k) match, PTO, EOE, and required background/credential verifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical training and certification preferred
- Knowledge of business office procedures

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, patients, and the public
