Job Summary

Conduct daily clinical and administrative duties under provider direction, including preparing treatment rooms, administering vital signs, performing visual testing, collecting specimens, and assisting with minor surgeries. Maintain accurate patient records, schedule appointments, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards. Provide reproductive health counseling and translate for provider and staff as requested. Greet patients, explain care processes, and maintain confidentiality while supporting the team through huddles and site audits.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or its equivalent
Medical Assistant Certificate
CPR Certified
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish/Armenian
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
Ability to speak effectively with vendors as well as employees
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions functions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
