Job Summary
Conduct pediatric administrative support by interviewing patients, documenting basic medical histories, and organizing appointment schedules. Update and file medical records, arrange hospital admissions and laboratory services, and check with patients to type up charts. Assist during medical examinations, produce and distribute correspondence memos, and handle receivable and payable accounts while keeping financial records. Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments to ensure efficient office operations. Work Monday through Friday from 5 am to 2 pm with a target to complete all activities accurately, on time, and with high quality.
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a Medical Assistant
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
- Degree in medical assistance
- Bilingual English & Spanish
- Start 5 am - 2 PM Monday - Friday
