Medical Assistant, Bilingual

Conduct patient intake by measuring vital signs, recording medical history, and performing routine examinations and screenings. Assist physicians with first aid procedures such as changing dressings, applying bandages, and removing sutures under supervision. Engage with patients throughout appointments to report changing conditions to clinical personnel and process phone messages by returning calls and routing inquiries appropriately. Provide health coaching to defined patient groups and follow up via weekly calls to support healthy lifestyle choices. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and maintain accurate, legal, and ethical documentation.
