Job Summary
Medical Assistant CMA/RMA for a multi-specialty practice in High Point, NC. Responsibilities include patient interviews, measuring vital signs (pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height), phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, spirometry, specimen collection, immunization administration, data collection and entry into EMR, patient education, and collaboration with Providers and staff to ensure quality patient care. The role also involves preparing treatment rooms and supporting a team across multiple specialties across several locations in North Carolina; certification via CMA, RMA, NCMA, or ABR-OE is required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire. The position is full-time and located in High Point, NC.
Required Qualifications
- CMA - Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA)
- RMA - Registered Medical Assistant (AMT)
- NCMA - National Certified Medical Assistant (NCCT)
- ABR-OE - Assessment-Based Recognition in Order Entry (AAMA)
- 1+ years of experience in Family Practice, Neurology, Pain Management, and Internal Medicine is preferred
