Job Summary
Conduct patient interviews to gather medical history, update records, and verify information. Take vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, height, weight, and pulse. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, set up procedure trays, and take x-rays. Manage medical supplies, order inventory, and perform administrative tasks to support front desk operations. Schedule patient appointments and assist with in-office procedures under physician direction. This role requires local travel to cover a geographic region and supports the Weil Foot & Ankle Institute's mission to improve patient care through advanced foot and ankle services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel from site to site, as assigned
- Must be able to stand, sit, stoop, crouch, or kneel
- Must use hands
- Must talk or hear
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have depth perception
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years in a healthcare field
- Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment
- Good communication and strong customer service skills
- Self-directed and willing to take initiative
