Job Summary
Conduct appointment scheduling, manage insurance processes, and operate Epic HealthLink within the call center as a Registrar. Transition into clinic-based Medical Assistant work upon completing the second semester of the Madison College Industry Collaboration Program. Maintain full-time onsite hours Monday through Friday while attending part-time campus coursework. Successfully pass the ACCUPLACER exam prior to the final interview. This role prepares candidates for national certification through a collaboration between Access Community Health Centers and Madison College, covering all tuition, books, and certification fees at no cost to the applicant.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must pass the ACCUPLACER exam through Madison College
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in pursuing a career as a Medical Assistant
- Willingness to start in a Call Center/Registrar role before transitioning to clinic work
- Ability to commit to part‐time MA coursework while working full‐time
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new technology
- Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills
- Proof that you are fully vaccinated

- Prior customer service, call center, or healthcare experience
- Interest in working in a community health setting
- Fluency in English and Spanish
