Medical Assistant Apprentice - Cohort 33 - January 4, 2027

Conduct hands-on tasks and observe preceptors during clinical rotations across Springfield, Branson, and rural clinics as part of a 16-week accelerated, in-person OTC Medical Assistant Program. Perform duties under supervision to prepare for a Medical Assistant position upon graduation from the paid training program with free tuition. Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, M-F, for a two-and-a-half-year work agreement. Upon successful completion, graduates receive MA certification and apply for Medical Assistant III positions within CoxHealth Clinics.
