Job Summary
Assist providers in procedures, manage triage, and perform clinical tasks including phlebotomy, vaccinations, drug screens, and EKGs. Maintain accurate patient records in Experity, stock supplies, and ensure compliance with sterilization logs. Serve as a communication bridge for patients and support front desk operations for scheduling and check-ins. Work full-time hours with set shifts and one optional on-call rotation per month. AFC Urgent Care offers in-house radiography training with certification costs covered.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certificate from a Medical Assistant program or equivalent on-the-job training
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in a medical office
- urgent care experience
- X-ray experience (RT or LXMO)
