Job Summary
Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical history while preparing individuals for examinations. Perform point-of-care testing, specimen collection, EKGs, injections, and phlebotomy within scope of practice. Assist providers during procedures, support front office operations including registration, and maintain infection control standards. Clean exam rooms and educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care. Requires current CPR/BLS certification and phlebotomy experience; phlebotomy and X-ray certification preferred. Full-time role with flexible availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Clinic hours run Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Phlebotomy experience
- Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous urgent care, emergency medicine, family practice, or primary care experience preferred
- X-ray certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with EMR systems and basic computer skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
