Prepare examination rooms, assist providers during patient exams, and manage medical records while arranging radiology and laboratory services. Provide patient education and instructions, maintaining strict confidentiality and utilizing computer proficiency to support fast-paced operations. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and adaptability within a dynamic environment. Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Desired Qualifications

  • Completion of Medical Assistant program preferred
  • Non-Certified Radiological Technician license preferred
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
  • Proven initiative and a proactive mindset
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
