Job Summary

Conduct clinical and administrative duties by obtaining patient histories, answering phone calls, and completing necessary forms. Maintain medical supply inventory, perform basic equipment maintenance, and prepare patients for examinations through preliminary assessments and vital signs. Set up clean treatment rooms, communicate physician instructions, and ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and OSHA. Assist providers and staff as needed to support overall clinic operations. This role offers full-time or part-time potential with multiple medical, dental, and vision coverage options, HSAs, FSA, and PTO.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of medical procedures, administrative workflows, and organizational policies
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Proficient in a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and records management
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership when needed
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to express ideas effectively
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Committed to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
  • Demonstrates the ability to meet performance goals and deadlines consistently
