Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant supports examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician or mid-level provider. Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying information and medical history, measuring and recording vital signs, collecting blood samples if required, preparing examination rooms, maintaining patient records, coding diagnostics/procedures as needed, coordinating surgery scheduling and pre-admission processes, ensuring safe and compliant operations, applying infection control and standard medical terminology, and contributing to a professional, team-based patient experience. Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills, and operates standard office equipment as part of daily duties.
