Job Summary
Medical Assistant supports aesthetic care by assisting NPs and PAs, including room setup, preparing for procedures, performing numbing, maintaining medical terminology, handling patient communications, documenting and charting, and managing supplies. The role requires HIPAA/OSHA compliance, strong patient service, ability to work independently or in a team, and may include phlebotomy experience as a plus. Certifications such as CMA/AAMA/RMA/CCMA or EMT certification (or equivalent experience) are required. Based in Seminole, FL, the position is full-time with focus on high-volume clinical support and patient care in an advanced aesthetic practice.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a technical/vocational training program with CMA, AAMA, RMA, or CCMA Medical Assistant certification -OR- Emergency Medical Technician certification -OR- equivalent experience
