Guide patients through visits and prepare them for provider assessments while taking vitals, preparing exam rooms, and sterilizing instruments. Support providers with exams, minor procedures, patient documentation, and phone triage, and perform screenings including PHQ-9, Edinburgh, and GAD-7. Manage labs and records, follow infection-control protocols, and assist with telehealth. Prepare medications, maintain certifications, and protect patient confidentiality. Complete daily and weekly tasks, attend meetings, and uphold OSHA and CLIA standards. Work 12:00 to 8:00 days with varying schedules including some weekends.
