Job Summary
Provides general medical care under the direction of a licensed provider to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities include obtaining patient vitals and medical history, explaining procedures to patients, administering medications, performing laboratory tests, ensuring patient immunizations are documented, and maintaining complete documentation. Requires an Associates degree or equivalent experience, with AMT registration and AAMA certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
