Job Summary
Ensure all materials are present for clinicians before patient visits and escort patients to appropriate rooms. Accurately obtain and record history and chief complaints, then prepare patients for appointments based on diagnosis, procedures, and protocols. Assist with cosmetic procedure preparations and instruct patients on aftercare while ensuring understanding. Scribe and document office visits on the computer. Work 30 hours per week at a rate of $20–$36 per hour depending on tier.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent computer skills
