Medical Assistant provides exceptional patient and member experience in a clinic setting, greets guests, assists with check-in, demonstrates knowledge of self-insured employer health insurance including copays and benefits, and supports clinicians with taking medical histories, vitals, and other pertinent information. Responsibilities include managing inventory and supplies, performing phlebotomy and immunizations, handling member interactions with hospitality and professionalism, and supporting care delivery and clinic workflows. Collaboration with providers and staff to deliver seamless, patient-centered care, answering calls, scheduling, responding to emails, and following up on member needs. Requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency with computers, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced health center environment.
