Job Summary
Facilitate a positive patient office experience by assisting with procedures, surgeries, and visit documentation while completing lab and pathology requisitions. Triage and return phone calls, schedule patients, escort individuals to exam rooms, and manage cleaning and stocking of rooms. This role supports the General Dermatology Office Supervisors at New England Dermatology & Laser Center, a 70-year-old specialty practice serving the Springfield community. Overtime and scheduling flexibility may be required to accommodate operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ACDT
- CMA
- RMA
Desired Qualifications
- Medical Assisting Certificate from an accredited school
- medical assisting experience
