Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of healthcare facilities or departments, managing staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Recruit, train, and supervise healthcare staff while fostering a positive environment and implementing initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and health outcomes. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic plans that enhance service delivery, analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, and serve as a liaison between staff, patients, and the community. This direct placement role requires a Certified Medical Manager or equivalent certification, with a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration and 3-5 years of management experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field
- 3-5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledgeable in healthcare information systems and data management
- Familiar with healthcare regulations, compliance, and risk management
- In-depth understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to convey information clearly and empathetically to a range of stakeholders
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Willingness to adapt to changes in the healthcare environment and work non-traditional hours as needed
- Skilled in conflict resolution and managing difficult situations with patients, staff, and external partners
