Medical Affairs Manager - SEHA Clinics

Lead medical committees including M&M and Privileging Committees to drive case reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure 100% audit compliance with zero deficiencies. Coordinate physician engagement through biweekly meetings to cascade updates on regulatory requirements, service expansions, and clinical special projects. Manage clinical readiness for priority programs such as IFHAS, Well Child Visits, and Obesity Management while collaborating with department chairs to identify new procedures and service expansions. Monitor medical performance metrics, align financial goals with revenue opportunities and cost-saving measures, and ensure patient care and clinical outcomes remain the primary focus of all strategies.
