Job Summary
Deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments and skincare services while creating a warm, elevated, and welcoming patient experience. Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and wellness-focused services to support their confidence and comfort. Build long-term relationships through trust, professionalism, and consistent care, collaborating closely with providers and clinic leadership on treatment plans and service recommendations. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and documentation to clinic standards, contributing to patient retention via exceptional service and follow-up care. Stay current on industry trends, products, and best practices in aesthetics and wellness while representing the NIVA Health brand with professionalism and positivity.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Aesthetician / Esthetician (state licensure required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness clinics, med spas, dermatology, or luxury skincare environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and patient education
- Experience with wellness-focused or preventative health environments is a plus
- Comfortable working closely with providers and clinical teams
