Job Summary
Develop and implement a pre-launch UK Medical Affairs strategy, establishing trusted relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals across the nation. Provide medical oversight to cross-functional teams while collaborating on national meetings, symposia, and congress participation to enhance scientific visibility. Support investigator-initiated trials, site initiation visits, and real-world evidence projects in partnership with clinical operations and CROs. Monitor the competitive landscape to inform internal strategy and contribute medical input to promotional materials and advisory boards. Ensure full compliance with UK regulatory frameworks governing interactions with healthcare professionals. Fluency in German and English required, with up to 40% travel expected.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD)
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 40%)

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills

- Experience in investigator-initiated or real-world evidence studies
- Knowledge of UK healthcare systems, reimbursement structures, and compliance requirements
