Job Summary
Map and engage with top-tier KOLs in Croatia and Slovenia to establish the company as a scientific leader in Solid Tumors and Hematology. Develop local Medical Plans and provide scientific insights that shape commercial and market access strategies. Identify clinical trial opportunities and lead high-level medical education initiatives such as Advisory Boards and Symposia. Oversee medical compliance under IFI/FORUM codes while acting as the go-to therapeutic expert for the Adriatic region. This role requires a degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a PhD in Life Sciences with a proven track record in Oncology Medical Affairs. Fluency in Croatian and English is required, with Slovenian as a plus. The position involves 40% field activity and offers autonomy to drive local data generation during a period of new drug acquisitions.
Required Qualifications

- Proven track record in Medical Affairs, specifically within the Oncology therapeutic area
- Fluency in Croatian and English
