Job Summary
The Medical Administration and Billing Adjunct Instructor is responsible for delivering quality instruction in lecture, clinical, and laboratory settings while ensuring student competency in course objectives. Instructors will assess student learning, manage classroom environments, and motivate students through effective communication. Essential duties include planning and preparing lessons, advising students, engaging with them actively, and complying with educational policies. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and in groups, and meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience teaching preferred
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in Medical Administration and Billing from an accredited institution
- Two years’ documented experience in the subject taught or three years of significant job-related experience
- Certification from a recognized certification agency in the field taught
