Job Summary
Engage Oncology specialists and key customers across academic centers, large group practices, and integrated delivery networks to support the launch of a Multiple Myeloma bispecific agent. Deliver clinically focused selling messages to build brand share and revenue while executing market profiling activities to understand regional healthcare delivery and payer systems. Facilitate partnerships with Reimbursement and Access Specialists to proactively resolve customer needs and coordinate contracting efforts. Maintain strong relationships with designated accounts and thought leaders while demonstrating strict adherence to compliance policies and procedures governing pharmaceutical promotion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years successful experience in Oncology sales
- Buy and bill experience with biologics
- 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, key institutions
- Current account management experience in calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks
- Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area
- Understanding of the current Oncology marketplace
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories
