Job Summary
Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers across assigned geography to deliver clinically focused selling messages, drive revenue, and support product launches. Build and execute territory/account plans, develop relationships with clinicians, nurses, and patient advocacy groups, and collaborate with cross-functional partners (Reimbursement and Access, Regional Science Managers) to address customer needs and market dynamics. Lead participation in congresses and regional meetings, identify business opportunities within accounts, and ensure education of all account personnel on commercially available Regeneron products. Demonstrate strategic account selling and robust knowledge of neurology market dynamics, payer systems, and stakeholder engagement to grow market share while maintaining compliance and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory
- Minimum 5 years successful Neurology sales experience
- Launch experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers
- Strong account management and analytical skills
- Develops comprehensive territory/account/customer plans
- Experience engaging clinicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups
- Experience with reimbursement and access processes and cross-functional collaboration
