Job Summary
Medical Account Specialist II for Rare Neurology in Mobile, AL focuses on engaging Neurology specialists and stakeholders across academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts within an assigned geography. Delivers clinically focused selling messages to launch Regeneron products, grow brand share and revenue, and support product goals. Builds relationships with clinicians, nurses, and patient advocacy groups; collaborates with Reimbursement and Access, Regional Science Managers, and other cross-functional partners to address customer needs and market dynamics. Develops and executes territory/account/customer plans, conducts rare neurology market profiling, and pursues business opportunities with assigned accounts. Drives the total account call by educating all account personnel on commercially available Regeneron products and coordinates with the Rare Neurology account team for contracting pull-through and strategic opportunities. Includes field-based responsibilities, participation in congresses and regional meetings, and travel within an assigned geography while maintaining compliance and integrity in performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory
- Minimum 5 years successful experience in Neurology sales and specialty/biologic/REMS products strongly preferred
- Launch experience, preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations with a concentration in Neurology
- Current account management experience in calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks
