Job Summary
Field-based Medical Account Specialist II in Rare Neurology to engage neurology experts and key stakeholders across academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts within the Las Vegas metro. Delivers clinically focused selling messages to launch Regeneron products, grow brand share and revenue, and achieve product goals while building deep relationships with clinicians, nurses, and patient advocacy groups. Develops territory/account plans, collaborates with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders, and supports sales success through participation in congresses, regional meetings, and other industry events. Responsible for staying informed on market dynamics, payer systems, and opportunities to drive opportunities within assigned accounts. Requires a bachelor’s degree; advanced education/certifications are a plus. Strong preference for experience and relationships with thought leaders in neurology and large healthcare networks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory
- Minimum 5 years successful experience in Neurology sales and specialty/biologic/REMS products strongly preferred
- Launch experience, preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations with a concentration in Neurology
- Strong account management experience with analytical, problem-solving and planning skills
- Current account management experience in calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks
