Job Summary
Engage Hematologists and key Oncology customers to deliver clinically focused selling messages for the Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody, driving brand share and revenue growth. Facilitate partnerships with Regional Directors, Nurse Educators, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market trends, and coordinate contracting efforts. Execute market profiling activities to understand regional healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems while maintaining rigorous compliance with all Regeneron policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 5 years successful experience in Oncology sales
- Buy and bill experience with biologics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, key institutions
- Current account management experience in calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks
- Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area
- Understanding of the current Oncology marketplace
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications
