Job Summary
Engages Neurology specialists and key stakeholders across academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts within an assigned geography to deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch Regeneron products and grow brand share and revenue. Develops comprehensive territory/account/customer plans, builds strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, and patient advocacy groups, and collaborates with Reimbursement and Access Specialists, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, and Training teams to address market dynamics and achieve product goals. Supports sales success through participation in congresses, regional meetings, and other industry events, while conducting Neurology-specific market profiling to deepen understanding of customers and payer systems, ultimately driving market access and opportunities within the rare neurology space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory
- Minimum 5 years successful experience in Neurology sales and specialty/biologic/REMS products strongly preferred
- Launch experience preferred
- Strong account management experience with analytical, problem-solving and planning skills
- Current account management experience in calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks
