Job Summary
Provide excellent patient/customer service and administrative support for the Pacific Medical Rehab department in Sacramento. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting patients, assisting with paperwork, insurance verification/authorization, data entry, scheduling, shipping/receiving, and coordinating with the Rehab team to manage the order cycle. Demonstrates competency with orthopedic products and services (e.g., CPMs, knee orthoses, spinal bracing), maintains professional communication with patients and medical offices, and adheres to center policies. Requires proactive task management, integrity, and effective collaboration with the Rehab and corporate teams. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, and sick leave for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of Experience as a Medical Office Receptionist preferred
- Microsoft Office, Email, Outlook, Word, Excel
- Typing Minimum 45 wpm
- Valid Driver's License
